EU-GREW Ambassadors in Latvia led one of the largest ErasmusDays 2024 events, engaging students and teachers from eight countries. The celebration showcased how Green Deal education connects communities and reinforces European cooperation.
Summary: The EU‑GreW National Hub in Latvia achieved remarkable visibility during the ErasmusDays 2024 celebration organised by Europe Direct Dienvidlatgale. The event gathered students and teachers from eight countries — Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan. EU‑GreW Ambassadors from Daugavpils presented their work on teaching sustainability and the Green Deal, inspiring discussions among participants.
Key Highlights:
• Major representation of EU‑GreW during the EU‑wide ErasmusDays 2024 event.
• Organised with Europe Direct Dienvidlatgale, EPALE Latvia, Daugavpils University, and the Latgale Industrial Technical School.
